Value of Quantitative Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography in Distinguishing Asymptomatic Subacute Thyroiditis from Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

Abstract: Background: Asymptomatic subacute thyroiditis (aSAT) without inflammatory features is often difficult to distinguish from papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), even with ultrasonography.
