Value of Amniocentesis versus Fetal Tissue for Cytogenetic Analysis in Cases of Fetal Demise

Abstract: Objective: Use of fetal tissue for cytogenetic analysis in cases of second- and third-trimester fetal demise frequently results in unacceptably high failure rates.
