Abstract:In the academic year 2023-2024, a study was conducted at the Post Harvest Laboratory, Department of Horticulture, NAI, SHUATS, Prayagraj (U.P.). In a Completely Randomised Design, nine treatments were used to test the effects of different levels of mint syrup, tulsi syrup, and lemongrass syrup on value added guava candy.
