Validation of the Workplace Adaptation Questionnaire (WAQ) in Korea: Focusing on Learning in the Workplace

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to assess the validity and applicability of the Workplace Adaptation Questionnaire (WAQ) in the Korean context.
