Re´sume´-Validation d'une me´thode de chromatographie en phase liquide couple´e a`la spectrome´trie de masse en tandem pour des compose´s de de´gradation cible´s de l'e´thanolamine utilise´e dans le captage du CO 2 : application a`des e´chantillons re´els -Dans le domaine des e´missions de gaz aè ffet de serre, une approche prometteuse consiste a`capter et stocker le CO 2 . Cependant la plupart des proce´de´s mis en oeuvre sont base´s sur l'utilisation de solutions d'amines qui sont susceptibles de se de´grader et produire des compose´s potentiellement dangereux pour l'homme et l'environnement. Il y a donc un ve´ritable besoin de me´thodes d'analyse pour identifier et quantifier ces produits. La monoe´thanolamine est choisie comme compose´mode`le pour les amines utilise´es lors du captage du CO 2 . Une me´thode de chromatographie en phase liquide couple´e a`la spectrome´trie de masse en tandem a e´te´de´veloppe´e et valide´e pour la quantification de six produits de de´gradation de la monoe´thanolamine (Glycine, N-(2-hydroxye´thyle)glycine, N-glycylglycine, bicine, N,N 0 -bis-(2-hydroxye´thyle) ure´e et die´thanolamine) qui ont e´te´syste´matiquement retrouve´s avec une me´thode LC-MS en mode « scan » dans des e´chantillons re´els issus de proce´de´s de captage du CO 2 en vue de son stockage ulte´rieur. La principale difficulte´de cette e´tude et son originaliteś e situent dans la strate´gie de´veloppe´e pour surmonter les difficulte´s lie´es a`la complexite´de la matrice qui est un me´lange d'eau et d'amine (70/30) : l'utilisation combine´e de compose´s deute´re´s comme e´talons internes et d'une approche chimiome´trique re´cente pour valider la me´thode, i.e. le profil d'exactitude. Pour cinq compose´s, il a e´te´possible de valider la me´thode avec une limite d'acceptabilite´de 20 %.
