Validation of a small molecule inhibitor of PDE6D-RAS interaction with potent anti-leukemic effects

Abstract: RAS mutations prevalent in high-risk leukemia have been linked to relapse and chemotherapy resistance. Efforts to directly target RAS proteins have been largely unsuccessful.
