Vaginal Müllerian Papilloma in a 2-Year-Old Child

Abstract: Papillomas of the lower genital tract are rare benign lesions, which cause vaginal bleeding in girls. We report a case in a 2-year-old girl. Few cases have been described in children and adolescents. However, it should be considered as a possible diagnosis in girls with sanguineous vaginal discharge.
