Abstract: Affinity chromatography on Concanavalin-A Sepharose, followed by gel filtration and hydrophobic interaction chromatography, permits the isolation of low molecular weight N-glycosidically linked oligomannosidic glycopeptides (MGp) from the autoproteolysis products of human seminal plasma.
