The limitation in conveying information from the village head to the community is still very slow because they have to write to the head of the neighborhood unit (RT). This condition is very ineffective, so the purpose of this research is to build an application that can facilitate the government and the Tolada village community in getting information quickly. This application is built using the programming language PHP, Javascript and MySQL DBMS which is then tested for quality by the black box method. The results of the study indicate that this application is feasible and effective for use by the government and the local community based on the recommendation of an expert validator in the field of information technology.

Ojin adalah aplikasi trasportasi online di Indralaya yang dibuat oleh putra putri Ogan Ilir. Potensi ketidakpuasan pengguna tidak dapat diabaikan hanya berdasarkan jumlah pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menilai aplikasi ojin melalui metode seperti kuesioner pengalaman pengguna dan kognitif walkthrough. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memancarkan pengalaman pengguna dan mengukur tingkat kegunaan aplikasi Ojin berdasarkan karakteristik generasi Z menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire dan Cognitive Walkthrough. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan 31 masalah kegunaan. Masalah usability terbanyak ditemukan oleh responden 2 sejumlah 27 masalah. Enam skala penilaian UEQ mendapatkan hasil buruk pada lima kategori yaitu daya tarik (0,532), efisiensi (0,498), presisi (0,574), stimulasi (0,372), dan kebaruan (-0,109). Satu kategori pada tingkat kurang baik yaitu kejelasan (0,739). Perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas aplikasi ojin mengacu pada saran rekomendasi perbaikan.

Online transportation applications are vital in meeting daily mobility needs in today's world. The fierce competition between transportation apps like Maxim and Indrive demands a deep understanding of user satisfaction factors to ensure preference and loyalty. This study aims to recognize and compare elements that impact user satisfaction of the two applications. User satisfaction with both applications. Using the quantitative method of data for the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) was gathered via an online survey. from 89 respondents. These questionnaires are designed to measure specific aspects of the user experience. The data analysis findings indicate that Maxim achieved a superior user experience score over InDrive because it excelled in attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. These findings indicate that service availability and the quality of user interaction with the application determine user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of understanding user preferences and providing services that meet their needs and offer a superior user experience. These results can potentially guide the development of strategies to increase user satisfaction and loyalty in the ride-hailing industry.
