The Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan) or better known as PKH is the conditional social assistance to the Poor Families which are designated as PKH Beneficiary Families. Self-Graduation is one of the goals of the PKH program, Self-Graduation is a condition in which the PKH Beneficiary Families is declared ‘passed’ from PKH participation with their respective awareness. This recommendation system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to calculate the criteria for several website-based alternatives with the Model View Controller concept.

The existence of UTD PMI Jayapura City is very helpful for the surrounding community in terms of health. People can also donate blood through the PMI clinic and get blood donors. Donors often have to queue to get their turn to register if they will donate blood at a blood donation event due to constraints in the health service process which is still carried out conventionally, namely by direct recording of potential donors. In addition, the absence of a computerized system to provide information regarding donor data remains a major problem, hampering blood donation services at PMI. The current system cannot produce clear and accurate data to help people assist. Quickly in case of an emergency. The PIECES method is used for reference in building several features in the system by conducting information, economic, security, efficiency, and service performance analysis to find weaknesses in the current system and offer suggestions for improvements to be made on newly built systems and using GIS as it can assist in the presentation of more interactive map information. The expected result of this research is to produce a system that can map the location of donors who have been divided based on their blood type so that the search process will be more efficient and can help search activities at PMI. Donor mapping in this system is also equipped with complete data from donors so that officers can find out the location of donors and can contact donors through existing data

Cabai rawit merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman holtikultura dan menjadi salah satu komoditas andalan Indonesia, sehingga pemerintah terus mendorong petani untuk memaksimalkan hasil panen cabai, hal tersebut bertujuan agar target produksi cabai yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah dapat tercapai. Di Kota Jayapura terdapat beberapa daerah yang merupakan penghasil cabai diantaranya adalah kelurahan Koya timur, dimana sebagaian besar warganya adalah petani. Akan tetapi permasalahan yang terjadi di kelurahan Koya Timur adalah seringnya gagal panen akibat berbagai faktor seperti serangan hama, cuaca yang buruk, maupun pemberian pupuk yang kurang tepat, dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka petani harus lebih selektif dalam memilih bibit yang cocok dengan kondisi setempat, agar tanaman cabai rawit yang telah ditanam dapat bertahan sampai musim panen tiba. Dalam pemilihan bibit cabai menggunakan SPK yang menggunakan metode simpel additive weighting (SAW). metode SAW sangat cocok diimplemetasikan pada sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan bibit cabai unggul, dikarenakan rekomendasi atau hasil akhir dari metode SAW berupa perangkingan sehingga memudahkan petani untuk menentukah pilihan bibit. Kedua berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dengan menggunakan metode blackbox memperoleh akurasi dan kesesuaian sebesar 100%. Ketiga berdasarkan pengujian user acceptance test (UAT) memperlihatkan bahwa sistem ini layak untuk diimplementasikan.
