Utilization of the Veterans Affairs’ Transgender E-consultation Program by Health Care Providers: Mixed-Methods Study (Preprint)

Abstract: communication-related problems with e-consult, impractical recommendations for underresourced sites, and misunderstanding e-consult purpose.
