Abstract:Wheat straw, a raw material abundantly available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was obtained from western province of the Kingdom and was thoroughly ground to powder form. Trichoderma viride was selected as experimental organism to produce protein-rich biomass. Hydrolyzed ground wheat straw gave the highest proteinrich biomass.
