Utilization of Olive Pomace in Green Synthesis of Selenium Nanoparticles: Physico-Chemical Characterization, Bioaccessibility and Biocompatibility

Abstract: Olive pomace extract (OPE) was investigated as a potential surface modifier for the development of the green synthesis process of selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs).
