Utilization of bamboo charcoal to decrease tannin content of lindur fruit flour (Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correct concentration of bamboo charcoal in the processing of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza fruit to produce mangrove flour with the lowest tannin content.
