Abstract: A Economia Circular (EC) é atualmente um conceito popular promovido por empresas, países e pela União Europeia, e representa uma racionalidade de maior eficiência no uso dos recursos, oposta à racionalidade linear de extrair-produzir-consumir-descartar.
