Utilisation of cassava waste among processors in Akoko Southwest, Ondo State, Nigeria

Abstract: There is a considerable gap in knowledge about cassava waste management among small-scale processors in Nigeria. This study investigated the utilisation of cassava wastes among processors in Akoko southwest, Ondo State, Nigeria.
