Abstract:The study described diagnostic and therapeutic processes for an exceptional congenital female genital anomaly involving a 15-year-old girl with progressive dysmenorrhoea and intense abdominal pain, and analyses pathogenesis of embryological anomalies associated with uterine duplicity (UD).
