Purpose – This research is to study Zakat, Infak, Shadaqah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) through fintech for the millennial generation, considering the enormous potential of the millennial generation in Indonesia. Assisted by adopting and modifying the theories of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).Methodology – The approach used in this research is quantitative, with primary data as the data type. The data analyst used is in the form of SEM-PLS, assisted by adopting and modifying the theories of the TPB and the UTAUT.Findings – The results show that millennial intentions to make ZISWAF payments using fintech are not affected by behavioral control, but subjective norms and performance expectations greatly impact individual attitudes. Then, in making ZISWAF payments using fintech for the millennial generation, business expectations significantly impact individual intentions. At the same time, performance expectations, facilitation conditions, and individual attitudes do not affect individual intentions. The final results show that personal views do not moderate the relationship between subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and performance expectations on individual intentions to make ZISWAF payments through fintech in the millennial era.Implications – National Board of Zakat (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional, BAZNAS) and Amil Zakat Institution (Lembaga Amil Zakat, LAZ) must promote their goods in connection to ZISWAF payments on a predefined digital platform and a way to get millennials interested in ZISWAF via fintech.Originality – This study uses the collaboration theory of TPB and UTAUT, so not many use it, especially in research on public perceptions of paying ZISWAF through fintech.

This research aims to identify factors that influence the behavioral intentions of Muslims in using the zakat crowdfunding platform in the North Sumatra region. By adopting the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), this research involved 100 respondents as samples selected using a simple random sampling method. Data was collected via questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that performance expectations and facilitation conditions did not have a significant influence on behavioral intentions. On the other hand, social influencers and Effort Expectancy have a significant influence on behavioral intentions. Multiple linear regression analysis yielded a structural equation that explained 86.4% of the variation in behavioral intentions. These findings have an important impact for zakat managers and crowdfunding platforms to understand the factors that motivate or hinder people's intentions to use digital technology to distribute zakat. With this understanding, strategies can be implemented to develop and improve services to support more effective and efficient zakat collection in the North Sumatra region. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat perilaku muslim dalam menggunakan platform crowdfunding zakat di wilayah Sumatera Utara. Dengan mengadopsi Teori Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy dan facilitating condition tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Sebaliknya, social influencer dan effort expectancy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Analisis regresi linier berganda menghasilkan persamaan struktural yang menjelaskan 86,4% variasi dalam behavioral intention. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengelola zakat dan platform crowdfunding untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memotivasi atau menghambat niat masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk menyalurkan zakat. Dengan pemahaman ini, dapat dilakukan strategi pengembangan dan peningkatan layanan untuk mendukung penghimpunan zakat yang lebih efektif dan efisien di wilayah Sumatera Utara.

ABSTRACT One of the cities in Indonesia with the highest population density is Jakarta. Congestion is considered a big problem that can be solved through an integrated transport system. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the implementation of Jak Lingko on the willingness of DKI Jakarta residents to use public transportation. The random sample used in this research methodology was quantitative and descriptive. Jak Lingko users in 2022 constitute the sample of this study, which includes a total of 295 respondents. The results showed a good and substantial relationship between convenience, benefits, and interest in using Jak Lingko transit in DKI Jakarta. The findings of this study can be a guide for the government in advancing the mobility of public transportation facilities and infrastructure in DKI Jakarta. ABSTRAK Salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan kepadatan penduduk tertinggi adalah Jakarta. Kemacetan dianggap sebagai masalah utama, yang dapat diselesaikan melalui sistem transportasi terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan Jak Lingko terhadap kesediaan warga DKI Jakarta menggunakan angkutan umum. Sampel acak digunakan dalam metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Pengguna Jak Lingko pada tahun 2022 merupakan sampel penelitian ini, yang mencakup total 295 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang baik dan substansial antara kemudahan, manfaat, dan minat penggunaan Jak Lingko transit di DKI Jakarta. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi pemerintah dalam memajukan mobilitas sarana dan prasarana transportasi publik di DKI Jakarta.
