Abstract: Purpose This study aimed to elucidate the role of USP25 in a mouse model of anti-glomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis (anti-GBM GN). Methods USP25-deficient anti-GBM GN mice were generated, and their nephritis progression was monitored.
