Using the Kano Model and the Quality of the Publishing Function in Evaluating Jordan's Academic Digital Libraries: A Case Study of the University of Jordan

Abstract: This study is based on the evaluation of digital libraries of government universities in Jordan and it followed the descriptive and analytical approach based on the Kano model in assessing the requirements for the integration of digital libraries, which is called the "Home Model".
