Using the Enneagram to Facilitate Resolution of Supervisory Conflict

Abstract: Supervision conflict is natural and inevitable. However, if not resolved effectively it can be detrimental to the supervisory relationship. The Enneagram is a personality classification system that houses nine basic personality types and their interrelationships.
