The study examined the impact of the use of the Mozabook application for digital education in enhancing the performance of electronic-learning to ensure strategic educational success and the urgent need to use E-learning to increase and enable scientific knowledge to confront the exceptional circumstances that afflict the world in general and Iraq in particular for the spread of the Corona epidemic and its harm to society and home quarantine. Therefore, the diversity of software ap-plications available to teachers and students reflected the tremendous development and unique potential to achieve the goals of E-learning of what increased of knowledge of community awareness of how to use modern E-learning tools and in a way that ensures accuracy in use and awareness of its effective role in spreading education among the student community. The study aims to find better methods to deal and to prefer the role of digital education as in creating a knowledge-ability that meets the requirements of the educational process from methodological content, educational method and study tools such as blackboard, notebook, drawing tools and scientific, engineering, chemical, biological, geo-graphic and historical laboratories and other requirements that attract the student and his eagerness to study in this Digital education, so an application that works with three-dimensional technology was chosen with the availability of all audio, visual and sensory means to increase the interaction and desire of the student for the scientific subject, which is the educational Mozabook application. The study included test of major hypotheses, which leads to knowledge and determination of whether there is a correlation relationship, or an effect with significant moral, each according to its location for the application of the Mozabook digital educa-tion and E-learning. The two researchers selected academics and students as a field of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for practical application based on the use of the questionnaire and the benefit of analyzing its results after its treatment using a number of statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, regression coefficient and path analysis.

Functional literacy in vocational education culinary programs is a general skill in culinary expertise, this relates to the basic concept of culinary [38] but technology plays an important role in the food and beverage industry because of the demands of consumers to present better food or drinks, in the future, several things will play an important role in the food and beverage industry such as; active packaging, internet of thing such as big data and AI (artificial intelligent), food control and food security [39].…”

Contradictions and levels of difficulty in the industrial era 4.0, especially culinary changes occur very quickly which requires humans to have the capability, to become individuals who have the skills to act. This study provides an assessment to measure the capabilities of vocational education students in statistics through instruments that have been designed and examine the competencies and soft skills that affect capabilities for future work in industry 4.0. The instrument was developed through mobile technology using Google Form and this research was conducted using quantitative methods and analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. A total of 245 respondents from vocational education students in the culinary program were observed using a questionnaire that had been designed. Based on the results of the test analysis of exogenous confirmatory factors and endogenous indicators of capability (literacy, numeracy, ICT, critical and creative thinking, personal and social skills, and ethical understanding) showed significant value, while the reliability relationship with Cronbach alpha showed values> 0.06 which means significant. Based on the results of the goodness of fit test, this research model is fit which that means the mobile-based instruments that have been developed in this study are feasible to test the capabilities of students in vocational education at culinary programs

The presence of a strong internal guaranteed and secure intranet with good specifications is the important factor in improving the performance of the institution and establishing a good system to start work with electronic governance, a basic and supportive indicator to strengthen comprehensive audit and optimization of available resources practiced by boards of directors or organizations according to the style and style of the institution chosen to run its affairs when preparing an organization with a secure and discreet internet network with global specifications, equipped with efficient and reliable information and communication systems that reassure the network users of relying on them to walk their administrative affairs and raise the level of the organization's performance by facing the risks that prevent the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. The internal network framework is also considered to provide all the requirements, electronic devices, modern communication equipment with high-quality technology and a practical and programmatic design that reduces the burden of administrative costs and strengthens the internal administrative system with its control auditing and reformative software systems with the ability to accelerate the completion of the work and archive it electronically and lack of storage and provide space and reducing space its size. In this study, the researchers discussed the necessity of employing the internal internet for the sustainability and stability of the management system for its institutional resources in order to reach its goals in the best ways, time and costs, and electronic governance that seeks to continuously adapt to the work environment and adapt to the challenges of the current era by programming the work of the departments and administrative divisions.
