Using Ethnographic Techniques to Describe Requirements Engineering Processes in Geographic Information Systems Workgroups

Abstract: Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are a relevant field in Information Systems. However GIS applications are hard to develop given the disciplinary heterogeneity of GIS working groups.
