Using dual-layer detector spectral computed tomography to predict lymph node metastasis and identify differentiation degree of gastric cancer

Abstract: Purpose: To investigate the value of spectral computed tomography (CT) in evaluating the differentiation degree of gastric cancer and predicting lymph node (LN) metastasis.
