Using Cost Analysis as a Tool for Combining Design for Assembly and Design for Disassembly at the Early Stage of Sustainable Product Development Process

Abstract: A model for Integration of Assembly and Disassembly in Lifecycle Management is proposed and its efficiency is evaluated using case studies. The feasibility of considering assembly and disassembly together in the way that End of Life Option gives the highest profit and promotes recycling profitability is investigated.
