The conventional methods for assessing LA include hedonic pricing valuation (Estruch-Guitart & Vallés-Planells, 2015), contingent valuation (Dupras et al, 2018), revealed preference techniques (Kong et al, 2007) and stated preference techniques (Poder et al, 2016).
