The rise of the metaverse as a digital domain for diverse activities has birthed an innovative application known as ‘metaverse virtual meditation.' This concept seamlessly merges technology and mindfulness, employing virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to craft serene digital landscapes. These immersive settings, ranging from natural vistas to abstract spaces, enable users to overcome physical constraints and distractions, facilitating mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional resilience.
