Using Causal Loop Diagrams to Conceptualize Groundwater as a Social-Ecological System

Abstract: Groundwater systems are social-ecological systems (SES) in which human communities, groundwater dependent ecosystems and groundwater resources are linked, and therefore, cannot be studied in isolation.
