“…For example, a recent evaluation of the effectiveness of a physical activity and nutrition toolbox showed changes in attitude toward selected behaviors. Significant changes in nine measures of attitude in the treatment group, as compared with one measure in the control group, were demonstrated in the sample of low-income African American women (Backman et al, 2011).
