Abstract.Wireless capsular endoscopy is a novel method of gastroenterology investigation during last years. Most important as well as the most difficult part of such investigation is the blood artefact determination. These artefacts are only be localised by medical experts trained in such field of gastroenterology medicine. This article describe the process of development a software solution which can be used to help localise some specific artefacts using developed algorithms. Such algorithms are firstly developed by Matlab solution while they are consequently transformed to developed software solution. Our solution was already preliminary tested by one of specific artefacts -blood artefacts, while the results have been found as sufficient to several use of this software. Future research will be focussed on other specific artefact description and algorithm development for detection.

Abstract. The value of data is hidden in their organization, accessibility and usability. During a research the data are collected from external sources and created too. If they are not stored in a central database, it is difficult to reuse them and it could lead to inefficiency in a form of duplicated information and time wasting for finding the same information in public sources. An output of research can also be a long time expected medication as a biohazard substance. Both ideas have a common problem of sensitivity and security. It is necessary to protect these data either for secreting against competitors or hiding information from terrorists. For the research team, the Biomedical Database System offers besides security also improvement of data flow in an organization, clear arrangement and efficiency.

Abstract-Whole body vibration (WBV) techniques are increasingly applied in rehabilitation processes to improve patients' functional mobility. Therapeutic usage of WBV reported enhanced muscular strength, power or even bone density. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to investigate immediate response of single WBV training unit on mobility of elderly patients with neurological disorders. Nineteen patients (66.74 ± 3.65 years, 6 males and 13 females) were assessed before WBV (10 min, 30 Hz, vertical 2 mm) and then 1 min afterwards. Individual changes in gait kinematics indicated positive effects of WBV, while kinematics of the gait was more symmetric considering right and left side. Individually, depending on the disease's severity, these changes were more or less significant. The improvements in gait kinematics convinced us that WBV can be carefully used in patients' therapy and it may be used together with individually planed rehabilitation processes to bring more satisfying results.
