“…In our study, the non-dipper pattern was more prevalent in the obesity groups, whereas women without obesity more frequently had a dipper circadian pattern. Although a significant relationship between the non-dipper pattern and the diagnosis of GDM in normotensive pregnant women has been described [ 14 , 37 ], these works do not analyze the influence of pre-pregnancy obesity as an independent factor in the ABPM pattern.
