Usefulness of Awake Craniotomy for Low-grade Gliomas in Eloquent Areas

Abstract: The biggest dilemma in a neurosurgeon's mind while operating upon low-grade gliomas in eloquent areas is-how to achieve maximal tumor excision while preserving the neurological function.
