TRIZ-Based Green Energy Project Evaluation Using Innovation Life Cycle and Fuzzy Modeling

This study evaluates theory of the solution of inventive problems (TRIZ)-based green energy project network based on innovation life cycle. In this context, TRIZ-based combinations are obtained by integer patterns for green energy projects. In the next phase, activity priorities of TRIZ-based principles are measured for green energy projects with Pythagorean fuzzy (PF) technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Finally, project evaluation review technique (PERT) and PF decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approaches are taken into consideration to score the green energy projects based on innovation life cycle using inventive problem-solving principles. TRIZbased principles are also ranked by using Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Additionally, all calculations have also been made with Spherical fuzzy (SF) sets in addition to the PF sets. It is concluded that the analysis results are quite reliable. The main contribution of this study is that innovative strategies are identified for green energy investment projects with a novel methodology. The findings indicate that dynamicity and transformation of properties play a crucial role in this process. Therefore, green energy investors should closely follow technological developments in this area and the products used in green energy investments should be easily adapted to these developments. Additionally, the principal of prior action should be considered to reduce the costs instead of periodic action. It is obvious that the necessary controls should be made before the project starts to increase the efficiency and productivity.

Human welder's experiences and skills are critical for producing quality welds in manual gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) process. For batch welding of the same workpiece, and the welding experience accumulated in same welding track, the welding process has a very high-degree reduplication. In this paper, an open-closed-loop iterative learning control algorithm is constructed and implemented as an intelligent controller in automated GTAW process to reach the desired trajectory well. During the welding process, there will encounter external interference, such as random changes in voltage, resulting in pool surface fluctuations. Therefore, we introduce a self-adjustive factor based on ILC algorithm. The selfadjustive factor can adjust the input of the controller according to the error and error rate of change of the system, so that the system body has self-adaptation to improve the ability of anti-interference of the system. The simulation shows that a new proposed ILC control is an effective method for weld penetration in GTAW.

The airlines in Indonesia consist of full-service carrier (FSC), medium service carrier (MSC) and low-cost carrier (LCC) category. FSC has some characteristics where the baggage policy is free up to 20 kg, available in food, beverages, magazines, entertainments such as audio and video, economic or non-economic flight classes, executive lounge facilities and classrooms, and seating spaces. Preliminary research conducted in one of the FSC airlines showed some consumers complained about customer satisfaction issues. Based on these problems, the research objectives are to measure customer satisfaction of FSC airlines, to identify problematic service criteria with fuzzyservqual and PGCV index, and to design a system improvement using the TRIZ Method. The result of services quality measurement described that there are 12 criteria unsuitable for the passenger's expectation. The results of TRIZ analysis obtained suggest for improvement such as the placement of professional flight attendants when flying, providing support facilities such a waiting room to increase passenger convenience, placing expert staff for sympathetic information that can be accessed by passengers.
