Use of Transrectal Ultrasonography in the Manasgemnent of Prostatic Abscess

Abstract: Prostatic abscess is a potentially life-threatening condition. Effective treatment requires intensive anthmicrobial therapy and drainage of the abscess. Transrectal ultrasound now plays an important role in the management of this condition.
