Multimedia information fusion technology is currently a popular technology for data processing. The advanced productivity it brings is dozens of times that of traditional data information processing. The collected and processed information is not only efficient and accurate, but also has strong scalability. With the continuous development of college education in China, the problem of the construction of intelligent library in colleges and universities has gradually surfaced. The establishment of a university intelligent library is a process of integration and common progress between disciplines. This article starts from the current situation of university libraries, studies and analyzes intelligent libraries at home and abroad, and finally combines the existing multimedia information fusion technology to analyze the theoretical level of information flow as an important idea of the current university intelligent library construction.

In order to improve the level of personalized news recommendation efficiently and accurately, an event network-oriented personalized news recommendation algorithm is proposed. First, the event network is used to analyze, predict users’ interests and preferences, and actively push information content to meet users’ personalized needs, so as to build a personalized news recommendation model. Under the mobile Internet technology, combined with the characteristics of the Internet, through the position and title similarity of sentences in the document and other features, the combined features are formed to calculate the sentence weight. Finally, the sentences are extracted according to the weight ranking to generate the news summary, so as to realize the research on personalized news recommendation algorithm for event network. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high recall and coverage, short time, good recommendation effect, and strong recommendation performance.

Library resource library management based on modern information technology and reconfigurable mobile information systems have attracted much attention from researchers of academia. This paper introduces the LSTM model into the field of Chinese library resource management, and tries to propose a classification system with practical application value. The main research work:The Chinese library resource is designed LSTM model, and three experiments are designed on this basis: the coarse-grained book single classification experiment, different measures on the classification results; the fine-grained book single classification experiment, to compare The advantages and disadvantages of direct classification and layer-by-layer classification; coarse-grained book multi-classification experiments to explore the feasibility of multi-classification. After analyzing the experimental results, the model has achieved a good classification effect, and overcomes some deficiencies in the library resource library predecessors, and has a strong practical application value.
