Use of sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of refractory neurocardiogenic syncope in children and adolescents

Abstract: The serotonin reuptake inhibitor sertraline hydrochloride can be effective in preventing recurrent neurocardiogenic syncope in selected patients unresponsive to or intolerant of other therapeutic modalities.
