Abstract:ObjectivesTrans‐nasal humidified rapid insufflation ventilatory exchange (THRIVE) has demonstrated utility in extending the apneic window in the perioperative setting. Its benefits in facilitating tubeless anesthesia are recognized during elective laryngotracheal surgeries.
