Use of Raman spectroscopy for determination effective heat treatment of carbon materials in high-temperature furnaces

Abstract: The aim of this work is to evaluate the use of Raman spectroscopy of carbon fibre-based (CF) reference samples for establishing the heat treatment temperature (HTT) in high-temperature (1000 – 3000 °C) furnaces used in production of a series of carbon materials.
