Abstract: Purpose To analyze outcomes of pulsatile administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in infertile women diagnosed with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (FHA). Methods A single-center retrospective cohort study was conducted from 1996 to 2020.
