Use of Heterocyclic Nitroso Compounds as Modifiers for Elastomer Composites

Abstract

An effective method for the purposeful synthesis of elastomer composites with improved processing and mechanical properties is the use of chemical modifi ers. Mono-and bifunctional C-nitroso aromatic (CNA) compounds, mainly p-nitrosodiphenylamine (PNDPA) and 1,4-bis(4-nitrosophenyl)piperazine (promoter 127), are most widely used for these purposes [1-3].
