Use of endocervical trophoblasts in noninvasive prenatal testing for common aneuploidies

Abstract: The article presents an experience of isolation of trophoblast cells from cervical samples of pregnant women and demonstrates a possibility of determining aneuploid cells in cervical samples using FISH analysis.
