Use of Dust X-Ray Diffraction in the Characterization of Perovskitas Type Ferrites

Abstract: The X-ray diffraction is one experimental method very important on characterization solids compounds. In the case of polycrystalline samples, the x-ray powder diffraction allows for the identification of the solid phase and the characterization of structural changes.
