Use of Dual-Source Computed Tomography to Evaluate Renal Cortical Perfusion in Patients With Essential Hypertension Without Diabetes

Abstract: Essential hypertension, especially EH-related TOD, alters renal cortical perfusion parameters, especially BF. Four-dimensional spiral CT renal perfusion examination showed that duration of hypertension, eGFR, and BMI were independently associated with decreased BF.
