Use of Diterpene Ginkgolides Meglumine Injection to Regulate Plasma Levels of PAI-1 and t-PA in Patients With Acute Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

Abstract: Background: To: (i) explore the effect of diterpene ginkgolides meglumine injection (DGMI) on neurological deficit symptoms in acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (AACI) patients; (ii) measure the level of plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI)-1 and tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA).Methods: Eighty AACI patients were divided equally and randomly into the DGMI group and control group. In addition to basic treatment, the DGMI group was treated with DGMI (25 mg/d) for 14 days. The control group had… Show more

“…At this stage, some developed countries have begun to pay attention to the training of medical staff in patient safety education knowledge and have constructed a content system for patient safety education [15,16]. Diversity management is a human resource management activity, the basic principle of which is to recognize different problems in the work and adopt different methods to help solve them [17,18]. It can reach all aspects of the work and continuously improve the hidden problems in each of them, helping to improve the effectiveness of care.…”

“…Out of 22 studies, 10 studies [13][14][15][16][19][20][21][22]28,31] were randomly grouped using the random number table method, while 1 study [25] was randomly grouped using the random sampling method. The selective bias caused by the random sequence in this study was evaluated as "low risk"; one study [18] mentioned a randomized double blind method, but did not mention a description of the relevant measures; 10 studies [12,17,23,24,26,27,29,30,32,33] only mentioned "random grouping" and were all evaluated as "unclear."…”

“…A total of 12 studies were included. [12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19]21,27,[29][30][31] We divided the patients into 3 subgroups based on their NHISS scores before treatment: mild ≤ 10 points, moderate to severe > 10 points, and unmentioned scores. [34] Mild stroke before treatment, NHISS ≤ 10 points: a total of 5 studies were included [12,14,17,30,31] using a fixed effects model.…”
