Use of Binary Dependent Variables for Modelling Borrowers’ Creditworthiness

Abstract: This article provides an econometric analysis of borrowers' creditworthiness in order to create corporate organizational and economic knowledge. It stresses the need for modern methods of applied analysis of credit portfolio management.
