Use of a water-vapour permeable polyurethane film (omiderm®) in the non-surgical treatment of aplasia cutis congenita

Abstract: Aplasia cutis congenita is characterised by congenital absence of all layers of skin, and most commonly affects the scalp. It is often associated with absence of the bone and dura underlining the defective scalp.
