Use molecular technique to detect toxoplasmosis in placenta and aborted fetus in women in Al-Diwaniyah province

Abstract: The current study included the detection of Toxoplasma gondii from aborted women from Maternity and Childhood Teaching Hospital. It drew attention to the human infection rate in order to detect the differentiation them with SAG3 gene. The samples were collected during the period from October, 2021 until the end of March 2022 in AL-Qadisyah province.
