Determining the quantitative degree of connection between logging error and the corresponding error of oil and gas wells electrometry inverse problem solving is considered. A quantitative method to determine the magnitude of the error of solving the inverse problem depending on the magnitude of the logging error for a given model of a single layer or section as a whole is described. Examples of determining the error of the inverse problem for real well materials, taking into account the actual measurement error, are given. A method for determining the characteristics of the spatial resolution of electrometry methods is described. Examples of its use for low-frequency induction logging equipment are given. The proposed methods allow to determine the areas of equivalent solutions and the areas of existence of stable / unstable solutions of the inverse electrometry problem.

Using current mathematical models of wave processes does not allow diagnosing defects in piles with sufficient accuracy. The necessity of creating of a pile generalized dynamic model which would allow to receive more reliable signals of wave processes in reinforced concrete piles has been substantiated. For numerical simulation of dynamic processes, a flat scheme for an axisymmetric pile based on the finite element method of "deep beam" within LIRA software complex was used. Sand was chosen as the soil around the pile due to the fact that sand and concrete characteristic impedance is very different, which provides a good echo from the pile toe (from the interface of the media). A comparative analysis of the results of mathematical modeling has made it possible to state that the most informative (in terms of differences in the comparison of graphs from one another), both for time signals and amplitude spectra, is the application of a horizontal impact on the lateral surface near the border with the pile base and the signal recording that comes to the speed sensors located in the vertical direction on the pile head near the border with the lateral surface. This option will be thoroughly tested numerically and experimentally in subsequent authors' studies.

Early warning systems are an effective tool for preventing and mitigating the risks associated with the occurrences of various types of threats (including landslides). The paper presents and describes the concept and practical implementation of the new integrated methodology for early warning systems based on the integration of modern monitoring technologies and comprehensive numerical modeling of an object under study. Designing, testing and operation of monitoring systems of complex and unique construction objects have a lot of difficulties, need system knowledge in several spheres of science and engineering: construction, informational technologies, measuring instruments, systems and algorithms of data processing, programming etc. This information is known only to narrow range of highly qualified specialists that directly participated in designing and installing of the particular monitoring system at the particular construction object. The basic concept of Early Warning System installed on landslides is that the elements at risk, especially people being close from the dangerous area, must have sufficient time to evacuate, if an imminent collapse is expected. Therefore, an effective Early Warning System shall include such four main sets of actions: monitoring of the activity of the observed object, i.e. the data collection and transmission, as well as the equipment maintenance; the analysis and modeling of the observed and studied object; warning, i.e. the dissemination of simple and clear information about the observed object; the effective response of risk exposed elements; full understanding of risks. The examples of the practical application of the proposed integrated methodology to various construction projects and natural and technological systems are given, including 1) Central Livadia Landslide System and Livadia Palace; 2) a system for landslide hazard areas monitoring in the Kharkiv region; and 3) landslides Early Warning System using unmanned aerial vehicles as a specialized monitoring system for shearing deformations.
