Technological developments bring comfort and ease to users in accessing applications. Companies need to design systems that are centered on human needs to create technology that is competitive in the market, especially in the field of expeditions. The problem that arises in the sea cargo expedition company is that master data recording is still done manually, which has an impact on reducing data accuracy. Apart from that, the process of recording shipping transactions and status changes is not updated in real time. Things like this are the reason Sea Cargo Expedition hopes to design a goods delivery application that is centered on user needs. This research aims to design a prototype and test the level of user satisfaction with the goods delivery application. Based on the background of this problem, the research focuses on implementing the design thinking method to develop a goods delivery application because it is able to collect user needs directly. Design thinking is divided into five stages, namely, empathize (understanding the problem), define (analyzing the problem), ideate (creating a wireframe), prototype (designing an application design), and test (trial using System Usability Testing (SUS)). This research produces a prototype goods delivery application based on the user's user experience assessment so that it can provide good functionality.

When conducting research to study the usability of a web page, user interface or device for its further mass use, usability testing is used. The usability test helps to find the best solution of the interface from all efforts, as well as to check the suitability of the resource for users from different countries, when, for example, language switching is provided. The work analyzes various methods of usability testing for the ease of use of websites, applications and other interfaces. The main stages of UX testing and the scenario for interviewing respondents are defined. This article presents methods and evaluations of software product quality indicators testing. The object of the study is usability testing, as interaction with the software product, its perception by the target audience and quality assessment and determination of criteria for evaluating the usability of the mobile application for iOS for purchasing an electronic ticket for tourist trips. As a result of UX-testing, the weak points of the interface are revealed, which cause difficulties for users and the inconsistency of the interface with their expectations. Based on the results of testing, the developers refine the product and bring it to the optimal user requirements. Usability testing was conducted using a survey of respondents without the participation of a moderator. A scheme for step-by-step implementation of testing has been developed. Using a Likert scale, the application was evaluated using a questionnaire that includes five factors: learnability, efficiency, recall, errors, and satisfaction. The result for each criterion and the overall usability indicator of the model application were presented.

The development of streaming radio has been very developed, radio in digital form is also known as internet radio because to access streaming radio you must use the internet media. However, there are several radio stations in Ponorogo that still use conventional radio whose coverage is limited because they use an antenna to reach the signal range, and can only reach local areas because Ponorogo has several highlands and several mountains. This study aims to create a Networked Streaming Radio application so that Ponorogo radio station broadcasts can reach any place that has an internet connection and can accommodate the Ponorogo radio station industry which still does not have an Android-based streaming radio as a media convergence collaboration movement for the Ponorogo radio discussion forum. This research uses the waterfall which consists of five stages, namely: identification, design, implementation, verification, maintenance. Testing this streaming radio application using the black box method shows the application is running well and there are no errors. Testing using 6 different media and resolutions was carried out to find out whether the Ponorogo Radio application could run well on various media/smartphones and different resolutions.
