Universities around the world have been taking advantage of open educational resources (OERs) for publishing educational material. The teachers and students can access, the published material for teaching, learning and research through institutional repositories. This article proposes the design, construction and validation of the semantic platform (MIIDAS), considering two case studies of higherlevel educational institutions (civil and military schools). The MIIDAS Platform integrates educational resources in institutional repositories related to the areas of Computing and Electronics engineering through the incorporation of Semantic Web technologies. The descriptions of resources consider metadata of the OAI-PMH protocol and also add educational metadata. The platform uses RDF resource descriptions, ontologies and the SPARQL query language to improve resource retrieval, in addition to proposing guidelines for the management of educational resources. The results of validation of the platform are presented through the development of evaluation instruments, which suggest possible ways to improve the platform. The article provides the basis for developing platforms that help in spreading open educational resources and allow the construction of semantically enrich data sets.

This article presents a prototype called PMIIDAS. The prototype focuses on the creation of open educational resources based on pedagogical and institutional guidelines, their representation using semantic indexing, and the storage and retrieval thereof by Semantic Web technologies. The use of this prototype can have benefits such as the reuse of open educational resources, which are distributed in institutional repositories or educational platforms by applying a semantic approach, search and retrieval of relevant information can be done through the use of ontologies and user profiles; as well as the exchange of educational resources among educational institutions.

A educação é uma das áreas que vêm aderindo cada vez mais ao uso da tecnologia como suporte à realização de suas tarefas. Uma forma de acesso aos conteúdos educativos é através do uso de dispositivos móveis, como smartphones e tablets. Este tipo de acesso é denominado de aprendizagem com mobilidade ou mobilelearning (m-learning). O presente trabalho apresenta o FRAmework de Suporte ao Ensino (FRASE) voltado ao desenvolvimento de aplicativos m-learning. Para a validação desse framework, implementou-se um aplicativo abordando conteúdos de Ciências Exatas. O aplicativo foi submetido à avaliação via questionário e os resultados obtidos demonstraram altos índices de aceitação por parte dos usuários em relação aos itens de interface de usuário, aprendizagem, organização e satisfação.
